Today, in Copenhagen, GM Pierluigi Garuti presented the new technology of Carlsberg Zero02 patented by Pelliconi. This cap is able to absorb part of the oxygen contained in the bottle, which automatically translates to fresher and longer-lasting beer. This is one of the numerous steps in Carlsberg's program of sustainable innovation.
