The one-piece HOD caps apply to large 3, 4, 5, 6 gallon water bottles.
The one-piece HOD bottle caps are specifically designed for water dispenser use. These non-spill water caps are engineered to stay securely in place when the bottle is inverted onto an HOD water cooler. The cooler’s probe punctures the center of the cap, allowing water to flow directly into the tank and be dispensed through the taps, without the need to remove the cap.
Each tamper evident HOD cap includes a heat-sealed protective label that prevents external contaminants from entering the central cavity, the exact point where the water cooler probe penetrates. This non-spill water cap system ensures hygiene and safety throughout the water dispensing process and offers the possibility of customizable prints according to customer requirements.

HOD 55 - LINERLESS
The one-piece HOD 55 linerless capsule fits perfectly in PET containers of sizes 3, 4 and 5 gallons, for dispensing non-carbonated mineral water.
Water leakage sealing performance is very efficient due to the 2 contact areas on the bottle neck. Novaqua HOD 55 linerless capsules are produced with flexible PE resin to provide excellent taste and odor characteristics and preserve the quality of the bottle contents.
