29 mm Crown Cork P103 Profile + Bidule
PVC-free liner with a physical barrier against oxygen and volatile substances, featuring an improved shape and perfectly compatible with the DAP Obturateur.

The 29 mm steel and aluminum crown corks meet high-quality standards and are manufactured in compliance with the most authoritative international regulations concerning food-contact materials. They are also compatible with the most widely used pasteurization and hot-filling processes.
The available liners differ in permeability, allowing more precise control of the aging process according to the type of wine, the bottle volume, and the final taste the producer wishes to achieve. Different combinations of shell and liner materials are available: each configuration has specific characteristics and its own designation.
The PVC-free liner is used in combination with the “DAP Obturateur” (also known as the Bidule) for winemaking using the "Classic Method" or traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle), or with a shaped liner intended for all types of sparkling wine. Used for the second fermentation in the bottle, it is subsequently replaced by the cork mushroom stopper for market release.
The “DAP Obturateur” is a PE insert suitable for 29 mm bottle necks used for Champenoise and Classic Method wines, with internal volumes of ½, 1, and 2 liters, and compliant with AFNOR standards NF H 35-022 and NF H 35-029.
