All Pelliconi closures can be customized according to the specific requirements of the customer. The decoration of the caps with multi-colour offset printing can be applied inside and outside the closure. To print code inside the cap, both ink-jet and laser methods can be used. Ink-jet printing is optimal for univocal alphanumeric codes. Laser printing is ideal for printing repetitive or highly variable images and univocal alphanumeric codes or a combination of both. Offset printing is ideal for multicolour graphics. In all these cases it is possible to apply to the cap white, colored or transparent seals and matte/opaque peel-off seals as well. Pelliconi has also developed a digital printing system for maximum customization of caps even in small batches.

Simple offset printing system suitable for the production of long or short runs in a short time. The advantage of custom printed bottle caps consists in the quality with which the image is faithfully reproduced.
It gives a three-dimensional effect that allows a play of light and shadow according to how you observe the product. The obtained surface offers a new tactile sensation while maintaining the same performance and visual characteristics of standard bottle caps.
Made with a layer of gloss offset ink with an added finishing coat to protect the cap from scratching.
Applied in a second moment, after a first layer of gloss ink, which is covered by a finishing coating to protect it from scratches. It is applied to define the decoration further.

Opaque white and coloured: fundamental for their function of protection between the metal and the content of the bottle, opaque liners can also play a fundamental role in promotions. In fact, only after opening the bottle you can find out which decoration is hidden under the seal, increasing the curiosity of the consumer and guaranteeing the reliability of the product against any type of counterfeiting. Ideal for printing alphanumeric codes: each closure can have a unique and unrepeatable code, composed by letters, numbers, or a combination of both. The codes are printed inside the metal shell and protected by a transparent liner.
Through laser printing, each closure can have a unique and unrepeatable logo/drawing/code.
Crown corks & Ring pull caps: It is a light print on a dark background: the dark background is available in different colours.
Plastic Caps: the laser marking is made directly on the inside of the closure and it’s either black or white depending on the color of the cap.

A QR code can be printed inside the metal shell and protected by a transparent liner. The QR code is one of the most used information systems in marketing and can contain a wide range of data, such as texts, geographical coordinates, URL links, etc. The QR code reading system is extremely reliable, as it is capable to recognise the correct code even if 20% of it is missing. Available only in black.
Images, text and numbers can be printed inside the metal shell and protected by a matte liner. The latter can be removed by the user, who, in the event of promotions, will discover which decoration it conceals. This can be done only after opening the bottle, guaranteeing reliability.
