Pelliconi has also developed a 38 mm 2-start plastic cap intended for sealing still beverages. This 1-piece closure is made from HDPE, fully FDA compliant, and is compatible with aseptic/cold-fill processes. Moreover, to maximize personalization it can be printed on the outside and laser marked internally with images, words, and codes, as required, via our additive-free laser technology.

The 28 mm, single-use, plastic screw caps for PET bottles with PCO 1881 type finish ensure the best airtightness for carbonated beverages. These caps are organoleptically neutral and therefore particularly suitable for water bottles, but their optimal use is with carbonated soft drinks.
