Our factory in Ozzano dell'Emilia (Bologna) has in the last few years seen significant investment in order to modernise and expand its production capability.

The traditional functions of lithography and the manufacture of crown corks and closures using PVC liners have evolved with the addition of optical and pneumatic control systems on the production lines, as well as sophisticated blending and control systems in the lithography department and the extension of the product range to include twist crowns, 29mm crowns and a new products using liners free of phthalate plasticisers in conformance with the new Italian norms.

In accordance with our in-house quality system, every raw material and semi-finished or finished product is identified using a unique barcode system which allows total traceability of materials and processes.

On the structural side, taking into account the proximity of the city, there are continuous investments to reduce emissions and noise pollution as part of the company's responsibility to the environment and local community.
The plant has been ISO 9001 certified since 1998.
