The production lines feed directly into the warehouse in the Ozzano plant, and boxes of crowns are automatically received, checked and palletised ready for shipment. Apart from packing in boxes on pallets, crowns are also available packed in either non-returnable octabins or klapptainers, special returnable bulk containers developed by Pelliconi. |

Every
movement of product, from the end of the production line
to lab approval, loading of the truck and shipment to
the customer is registered automatically thanks to the
barcoding system which identifies each unit of packaged
product uniquely and allows real-time verification of
its shipment status. Pelliconi's logistics structure, working in close contact with selected shipping companies strives constantly to ensure the transportation of finished product in the shortest possible time and the meeting of delivery deadlines. |
